I’m Virginia Wilcsek, 
A licensed therapist with a deep passion for supporting individuals on their healing
journey through trauma-informed practices.
As a certified breathwork practitioner, I specialize in using this powerful tool
to regulate the nervous system, release trauma stored in the body, and 
foster emotional healing. 
I combine evidence-based techniques with compassionate 
guidance to help you build resilience and reconnect with yourself. 
I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can
explore personal growth, release what no longer serves you, 
and empower yourself for the future.

What Is Breathwork

Begin the session by exploring the foundational principles of breathwork. Learn how this powerful practice supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and personal transformation. Learn the different kinds of restorative and activating breaths for the session and take-home techniques.

Intention Setting

Set the tone for your experience by identifying a personal intention for the workshop. Whether it's releasing stress, fostering self-love, or deepening inner connection, this step helps you align your energy and focus for the session ahead.

Breathwork and Emotional Release

Dive into a guided conscious connected breathwork session designed to release stored emotions, stress, and tension. With expert guidance, you’ll use your breath to access deeper layers of your mind and body, creating space for healing and transformation.

Restoration and Reflection

Special guest Yanin, a breathwork facilitator and sound healer, will provide a closing sound healing experience. After the intensity of breathwork, ease into a period of restoration. Engage in gentle mindfulness practices, journaling, or quiet reflection to process your experience. This time allows your body and mind to integrate the emotional shifts from the session.

Community Support

Conclude the workshop by connecting with fellow participants in a supportive and safe space. Share your reflections, ask questions, and build relationships with others on their healing journeys. You’ll also learn about ongoing opportunities within the Transcending Pathway Community.

After a breathwork session, participants may experience a variety of sensations and emotional states, including:

  • Emotional Release: It's common to feel lighter, as if a weight has been lifted, after releasing pent-up emotions.
  • Physical Sensations: Some participants might feel tingling, warmth, or a sense of energy moving through their bodies.

  • Insights and Reflections: Journaling or quiet reflection after the session can lead to profound personal insights and realizations.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK

Conscious connected breathwork can result in powerful physiological and emotional releases. While these sessions are safe, illuminating, and transformative, they may cause:

  • Somatic unwinding (tingling, buzzing, vibrating)
  • Trauma release and deep emotional experiences
  • Catharsis (emotional release)
  • Life force energy (prana) moving through the body
  • Physical tightness (tetany in hands/jaw)
  • Ecstatic experiences (Kundalini awakening for advanced practitioners)
