Breathe to Release is a guided emotional breathwork experience designed to help you let go of stored tension, emotional blocks, and the weight you didn’t realize you were still carrying. In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll be held in a safe, supportive space as you explore conscious breathwork, gentle movement, and sound healing. Together, these practices create space for clarity, release, and nervous system regulation. Whether you're moving through stress, grief, or simply seeking more connection to yourself, this experience invites you to soften, surrender, and return to your breath — the gateway to inner peace, resilience, and renewal.

WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE:

  • Breath-Led Emotional Release: Drop into the wisdom of your body through conscious breathwork designed to gently unlock suppressed emotions and release inner tension.
  • Somatic Grounding Practices: Experience calming, body-based tools to help you stay rooted and supported as you move through emotional waves and self-discovery.

I’m Virginia Wilcsek


A licensed therapist with a deep passion for supporting individuals on their healing journey through trauma-informed practices. As a certified breathwork practitioner, I specialize in using this powerful tool to regulate the nervous system, release trauma stored in the body, and foster emotional healing. Through a blend of evidence-based techniques and compassionate guidance, I help individuals build resilience, reconnect with themselves, and step into their full potential.

Begin with a warm welcome and grounding overview of the breathwork journey ahead. You'll receive a brief orientation on how conscious connected breathwork supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-awareness.

Core Wounds & Limiting Beliefs

Engage in guided self-reflection to identify core emotional wounds and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. This educational portion sets the stage for deeper emotional work during the breathwork practice.

Breathwork for Emotional Release 

Enter a 30-minute guided breathwork session designed to access stored emotions and energy within the body. With expert facilitation, you’ll be supported in moving through emotional blocks, creating space for release, clarity, and renewal.

Sound Healing Integration

Allow your body and mind to settle as you are immersed in a soothing sound healing experience. This part of the session offers a nervous system reset and emotional integration following the breathwork.
