Breathwork:

A Pathway to Inner Calm and Empowerment

At The Transcending Pathway, we believe in the power of breath as a transformative tool for personal growth, self-discovery, and emotional resilience. More than just deep breathing, breathwork is an intentional practice that activates the body’s natural ability to regulate, release, and restore balance. Through guided breathing techniques, it supports emotional processing, calms the nervous system, and fosters a deeper connection between your mind and body.

Benefits of Breathwork:

It offers a range of benefits that support personal growth and emotional well-being. It helps calm the mind and body by activating the relaxation response, supports the safe release of emotions, and strengthens your ability to stay present and grounded. This practice can awaken repressed memories and energies, and foster a deeper connection to your inner self and source energy.

Why We Integrate Breathwork into Therapy

Stress, trauma, and emotional overwhelm often disrupt natural breathing patterns. Breathwork provides a direct way to reconnect with the body and re-establish a sense of agency, presence, and inner strength. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, processing life changes, or seeking to deepen your connection with yourself, breathwork offers an empowering path forward.

Who We Are

At The Transcending Pathway, our team is made up of licensed professionals and coaches, each of us are ACEIPs-certified, EMDR-trained, Narcissistic Abuse Recovery trained and certified, and with individual specialized areas. We bring a shared passion for supporting individuals through trauma-informed care, blending evidence-based techniques with compassionate, somatic approaches.

We also offer coaching rooted in somatic work — helping clients regulate the nervous system, release trauma stored in the body, and foster emotional healing. Through this integrative lens, we support individuals in building tools, reconnecting with themselves, and stepping into their full potential.

We are committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore personal growth, release what no longer serves you, and empower yourself for the future.

Let’s take this journey together and embrace life and self-empowerment.

There are different modalities to use in therapy. There is no cookie cutter approach. We will listen to who you are and develop a plan that fits your journey and who you want to be.
